The company is generally into the Supply of mining equipment, Import and export of mining equipment, Construction and Civil Engineering, Sale of Bitumen, Import and export of all kinds of Bitumen grades, Rental of heavy-duty equipment, Mining services, Plumbing, Electrical and Consultancy Services.
We are always available with the necessary skills, knowledge and equipment to meet any requirement in the field of general construction, civil construction, mechanical construction, electrical engineering and mining services.

HERBERT FLINTOFT KOJO NEWMAN
Chairman
He is the Building and Construction Coordinator and Group Chairman of E.H. Group and Associates, with over 40 years of experience in development management and construction financing. He has supervised major projects including tertiary hostels, housing schemes, the redevelopment of Kwame Nkrumah Flats, the Ada Sea Defense Wall, and proposed housing projects for the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing.
CHARLES HARRY KWESI APREKU
Managing Director
Charles has BSc Bachelor of Commerce, University of Cape Coast
Co-Director of First Choice Engineering Ltd. He is an investment expert and transaction advisor with a specialization in project finance. He has led the successful execution of several complex projects over the years.

Project Manager
Michael Holds an MSc in Project Management and BSc in Quantity Surveying and Economics. He has nearly 20 years of experience in construction and project management. He has overseen the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and effective site coordination.
SOLOMON NII KOFI TETTEH OGUAH
Civil Engineer
He has Master of Science in Structural Engineering and BSc in Civil Engineering
He is an experienced civil engineering professional with over 14 years of experience in executing construction projects across Ghana. His competencies span a wide range of civil engineering tasks and project management.
GABRIELLA SERWAAH OWUSU
Accountant
She is a Graduate with BSc. In Accounting from GIMPA and posseses a Professional Diploma in Accounting with Computing from KsTU and Diploma in Computerized Accounting aslo from KsTU
Gabriella is responsible for managing the finances and the day-to-day administration of the company.

SAMUEL ABAKAH
Construction Manager
Samuel graduated from KNUST with BSc. Building Technology and is a Professional member of Ghana Institute of surveyors ( GhIS)
He is an experienced Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with over fifteen (15) years of expertise in construction management, project advisory, contract administration, and real estate development. He has successfully managed and coordinated large-scale residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare projects, providing strategic leadership from project inception through completion. His experience includes tender evaluation, cost management, budgeting,
procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
DANIEL LARYEA ADJEI
Financial Controller
A seasoned Accounting, Finance, Audit, and Business Advisory professional with over fifteen (15) years of progressive experience across construction, infrastructure, engineering, and public sector environments. Possesses strong expertise in financial management, internal audit, corporate governance, risk management, strategic planning, and business advisory services
FRANK YAW FRIMPONG
Bitumen Production Manager
Frank is a graduate in Bsc. Petroleum
Head of the bitumen department of the company. He oversees the receipt, production and sale of bitumen products and has over 10 years of experience in this field.
